The fastest way to reach us is by email: hello@swimconvert.com. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few days. There is no contact form and no account system on purpose — email keeps the site static, fast and free of trackers.
What to include
If you are reporting a calculation that looks wrong, including a few details makes it possible to check quickly:
- the tool you used (swim time converter or swim pace calculator);
- the exact inputs: event distance and stroke, category, origin course, target course, and the time you entered;
- the result you saw and the result you expected;
- for conversion-factor questions, the source you are comparing against — a meet information sheet, a federation table, or another converter.
Factor reports are the most valuable messages we get. The conversion coefficients come from published World Aquatics and NCAA tables that are updated periodically, so a credible citation helps get a correction shipped fast.
Requests and suggestions
The calculators deliberately cover the standard events in each course, because conversion factors only exist for those events. If you race or train a distance that is not offered, or if a workflow is missing that would make the tools more useful at the pool deck, send a note — feature requests are read and weighed, and the scope of the site is kept small on purpose.
Corrections
If you find a factual error anywhere on the site — in the calculators, the reference tables, or the explanatory articles — please report it. Content is corrected against the primary sources, and the conversion-factor check date on the home page is updated whenever the underlying tables change.
